Our Prices

As a family-run farm, we offer a beautiful venue for any wedding or event. Whether you need a space for a corporate event, family reunion, or wedding reception, come plan your event with us at The Raymond Family Farm! Please note, Weddings and Formal Functions enjoy priority advance booking. We will not take reservations for non-Wedding/Formal Functions prior to the time frames indicated below.

Pricing Schedule

2024 and 2025

Weddings/Formal Functions:

Pricing is based on booking date and the fee schedule in effect at that time. Peak prices run April 1 through October 31 (non-peak prices are $1,000 less). Weddings and Formal Functions enjoy priority booking up to three (3) or more years in advance.

Wedding party may have access to the property for the entire day, wedding guests 5 hours. All weddings include tables, chairs, and access to entire facility.

Private/Corporate Functions/Holiday Parties:

This includes non-wedding, private functions. Non-peak prices are $1,000 less with a $2,500 minimum. We only take bookings four (4) months in advance of desired date. Rental is for a four (4) hour period.

Charities and Non-Profit Functions:

The Raymond Family loves and values Charities and Non-Profit organizations. Non-peak prices are $500 to $1,000 less with a $2,000 minimum. Charities may book six (6) months in advance:
